Hoosier Veteran Foundation is a Veteran ran and owned support service for Indiana veterans providing home improvements, daily chore assistance, visitation, vehicle maintenance assistance, utility bill assistance and a discreet food pantry. Ride assistance is available to veterans in the Fort Wayne area to medical appointments to and from the VA hospital or the annexes.

In order to qualify:
You MUST be an Indiana Veteran
The veteran has an honorable discharge with more than 180 days of active military service, OR Veteran served in the International Legion as a legionnaire with proof of an honorable discharge AND American citizenship.
Veteran must provide documentation of service such as a DD214, utility bill with past due notice, or written documentation of the need for services.
Veteran must provide a written letter to the Hoosier Veteran Foundation of the services needed, why the services are needed and how, if services are approved, they would improve the veterans quality of life.
